We either quote from detailed CAD drawings that you send us or we do a home/site visit, free of charge, to take basic dimensions. We then email you a quote as soon as possible
We provide you with a quote once we have spec and dimensions.
If you indicate that you want to proceed, you receive a sales contract and a deposit invoice.
When the contract is signed and deposit paid, we usually provide you with a set of CAD drawings which show every item in detail.
You approve the CADs and then we go into production
For supply and fit payment terms are:
50% deposit
40% pre-delivery
10% after completion
For supply only:
50% deposit
50% predelivery
Lead time depends on the time of year, but normally it is between 6 and 8 weeks.
For more complex projects it is between 8 and 12 weeks.
Yes. We do, but only after you formally engage us and pay the 50% deposit.
We provide a 10 year guarantee.
Only slim double glazing does not have a guarante
Yes. We ensure that the CADs we provide are what the relevant planning department requires. For listed buildings it is the council planning department that will determine if the items are adequate in design
